Noah Perales-Estoesta was born and raised on O‘ahu. In spring 2015, he received his undergraduate degrees in English and Spanish from the University of Hawai‘i; the following spring, he moved to Brazil as the recipient of a Fulbright grant. His publishing experience includes editing for a school newspaper; apprenticeship as a Grace K.J. Abernethy fellow at Manoa Journal; assistant editorship at Manoa Journal; and freelance editing for scholarly work in the humanities.
Publications: various issues of Manoa Journal, including Curve of the Hook: An Archaeologist in Polynesia (for which Noah did extensive research, fact checking, and editing), Story Is a Vagabond: Fiction, Essays, and Drama by Intizar Husain, and Starry Island: New Writing from Singapore.
Fees: $20/hr for text; $25/hr for references.
